Micaleff of Olympus Group R.E. sells 31-unit apartment complex
The 31-unit waterfront apartment complex, Harborview at 3920 Post Rd. in the Apponaug area, has been purchased by Harborview on Post, LLC for $3.6 million.
The new ownership plans extensive renovations and eventual conversion to condominium.
The property has been owned and managed by Harborview Investment, LLC of Warwick.
Gregory Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group Real Estate was the exclusive broker of record in the transaction.
