Micallef of Olympus Grp. sells 31,000 s/f to Omni Combined W.E.
Omni Combined W.E., LLC, a Rhode Island development group, purchased 220 West Exchange Center, a 31,000 s/f professional complex in the Federal Hill area for $3.15 million.
The property was formerly owned by Comodore Properties, LLC.
Gregory Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group Real Estate, was the exclusive broker of record.
