Michael Integlia & Co. begins $10 million 45,000 s/f office at 12 Metro Center Blvd. in the Metro East Office Park
Michael Integlia & Company and mayor Scott Avedisian said that work has begun on Phase II of the Metro East Office Park development.
Phase II, located at 125 Metro Center Blvd., is a 45,000 s/f, multi-tenant Class A office building; phase I, at 117 Metro Center Blvd., was completed in the spring of 2008 and is tenanted by a number of professional service companies in its 75,000 s/f building.
Michael Integlia III, director of new business development, said the project represents an investment of $10 million and will complement their portfolio in Warwick, which includes recently-completed projects at 931 and 935 Jefferson Blvd.
"During the last several decades the strength of our market has been serving local entrepreneurs, and other local business people with ownership in their companies, interest in their communities, and motivation to hire other local people," Integlia said. "We've always seen this as the strength of the Rhode Island business economy. We're moving forward with Phase II because our portfolio is stable with committed tenancy for several years to come. We also see improvement in our economy and will build inventory to serve our client base."
"Michael Integlia & Co. has a great reputation, and a long-standing commitment to our state and the cities and towns in which they do business," Avedisian said. "They are known for high-quality work and have attracted a number of top-notch companies to our community. We are pleased to see another Integlia project taking shape in Warwick and are looking forward to the completion of Phase II."
