Cregan of Paramount Properties leases 3,661 s/f to University Surgical Associates
John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group leased 3,661 s/f of office space to University Surgical Associates at 75 Newman Ave.
Cregan represented the owner, Boulevard Nurseries, Inc. and procured the tenant. The building is now 90% leased.
