Michel and Fellah of HK Group represent buyer in $1.01 million sale

A 4,000 s/f building at 166 East Ave. has been sold to Dr. Stu Steinman for $1.01 million. The property is located just off I-95, exit 16; the buyer plans to renovate the building and occupy part of the space with his sports medicine practice. The remainder of the space will be available for lease. HK Group brokers, vice president Ralph Michel and executive vice president Franco Fellah represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield's Jodie Dostal was listing broker for the seller, Dr. Robert George.
