Miller of Levey Miller Maretz signs long-term lease to Grimaldi's Pizzeria
Grimaldi's Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria has signed a long-term lease at D'Andrea's Plaza. Grimaldi's history of coal-fired brick oven pizza cooking can be traced to their first pizzeria in Brooklyn in 1905. The Woodbridge location is the first in Conn. Grimaldi's will be looking for 6 to 10 locations throughout Conn. over the next 2 years.
Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Real Estate Services was the broker for the Woodbridge transaction. Steve will be representing Grimaldi's with their expansion plans in Connecticut.
Saugus, MA Bob Horvath and Todd Tremblay of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of LA Fitness. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and secured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $12.3 million.
