Miller of Levey Miller Maretz signs long-term lease to Grimaldi's Pizzeria

Grimaldi's Coal Brick-Oven Pizzeria has signed a long-term lease at D'Andrea's Plaza. Grimaldi's history of coal-fired brick oven pizza cooking can be traced to their first pizzeria in Brooklyn in 1905. The Woodbridge location is the first in Conn. Grimaldi's will be looking for 6 to 10 locations throughout Conn. over the next 2 years. Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Real Estate Services was the broker for the Woodbridge transaction. Steve will be representing Grimaldi's with their expansion plans in Connecticut.
