Realty Partners, NE and Summit Partners lease 5,000 s/f in Hooksett

Anytime Fitness, founded in 2002, is the fastest-growing fitness club in the nation with over 2,000 clubs. The fitness club opened with over 200 memberships and is anticipated to be the dominant boutique fitness club in the market offering the latest line of equipment, personal trainers, and specialized fitness classes. The landlord delivered the space in a "turnkey" condition with construction completed by the Stukel Group, Hopkinton, Mass. Hooksett Landing is the dominant convenience retail center located on a 25-acre parcel paralleling Hooksett Rd. Anytime Fitness compliments the existing tenancy including; Walgreen's, Sovereign Bank, Advance Auto, USA Subs, Supercuts, Goodwill Industries, NE Tap House & Grill, and Tiffany Cleaners. Realty Partners, NE is Hooksett Land Development's exclusive leasing agent and responsible for leasing Hooksett Landing. "The Hooksett market is a growing market and a prime retail destination. Hooksett Landing location at the fifty yard line of the commercial corridor is the best location for convenience retail within the market." said DiGuiseppe.
