Woodbridge, CT Steve Miller of Levey Miller Maretz Commercial Realtors completed two sales totaling $6.565 million.

Miller was the listing agent on an assemblage that included a newly renovated Phillips 66 gas station and convenience store, a retail building and a single-family home on 4.85 acres. Arnold Peck represented the buyer. The sale price was $1.565 million.

Miller also represented the sellers, Z Pride, LLC, in the $5 million sale of the retail center located at 2045 Dixwell Ave. in Hamden. The tenants at this property include CVS and Bed Bath and Beyond. Ken Ginsberg of Wareck D’Ostilio represented the buyer, Har-Zait, LLC.
