NAI Hunneman has brokered the sale of a 5,500 s/f medical office condo at 101 Industrial Park Rd. (Myles Standish Medical Center) to Allergy & Asthma Care PC. The practice is relocating from Northwoods Medical Center.
Catherine Minnerly, executive vice president at NAI Hunneman, and associate Ovar Osvold, represented the seller, Myles Standish Medical Center and procured the buyer.
