Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman broker 209,000 s/f lease for Paradigm Properties

NAI Hunneman has brokered a 209,000 s/f, seven-year lease at 176 S. Washington St. NAI Hunneman's team of executive vice president/principal Catherine Minnerly and associate Ovar Osvold represented landlord Paradigm Properties, while Rick Schuhwerk and Anthony Coskren of Jones Lang LaSalle represented current tenant, Bodek & Rhodes in this blend and extend deal that allowed them to expand into the remainder of the building "This transaction was a great opportunity for Paradigm to retain a strong credit tenant and allow Bodek & Rhodes to expand and grow their operations without having to move to a new facility," said Minnerly. Located within Norton Commerce Center, 176 S. Washington St. is a 209,000 s/f warehouse/distribution and office building with 28' clear heights and good column spacing. The building also offers loading options, an ESFR sprinkler system, as well as frontage and access from I-495.
