Minnerly and Osvold of NAI Hunneman lease 10,300 s/f of warehouse/flex space to Needham Electric Supply

Taunton, MA NAI Hunneman completed a 10,300 s/f lease transaction at 580 Myles Standish Blvd. with Needham Electric Supply. The deal represents a consolidation and upgrade of their existing West Bridgewater and Taunton locations.

NAI Hunneman executive vice president Cathy Minnerly and vice president Ovar Osvold represented the landlord Rex Ventures LLC, and also procured the tenant.

Needham Electric is a leading full-service electrical distributor.

“The transaction is a win for both parties as it offers Needham Electric Supply a prime location at the entrance to the largest industrial park in Massachusetts which offers their clients easy access to major highways. Ownership is very excited to welcome Needham Electric Supply to the property,” said Osvold.

Located in the 220 acre Myles Standish Industrial Park, 580 Myles Standish Blvd. totals 30,800 s/f of first-class warehouse/flex space. The property is located off of I-495 and is near Rte. 24 and I-95. Features in the building include 16’ clear heights, 28’x35’ column spacing, ample parking, and tailboard & drive-in loading.
