Minnerly of NAI Hunneman brokers $1.59 million sale of 19,260 /f office and warehouse building
Cathy Minnerly of NAI Hunneman, brokered the sale of a 19,260 s/f office and warehouse building. The property was sold for about $1.59 million.
Located on a three-acre site at 31 Astor Ave., the building was purchased by JI Enterprise and sold by Dave and Bob Dillon of Atlantic Safety Products.
Minnerly, currently an executive vice president and principal at NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
"It was a great deal for both the buyer and the seller. The property offers ample parking space and is located less than a quarter mile off Rte. 1 and approximately 1.5 miles off I-95."
