Minnerly, Osvold and Hannigan of NAI Hunneman complete two leases totaling 8,705 s/f

Foxborough, MA NAI Hunneman completed two lease transactions for 8,705 s/f of office space at 10 Lincoln Rd. ConnectPay, a payroll company is relocating from 132 Central St. into 6,322 s/f of office space on the first floor; while Performance Environmental Services LLC, a privately-owned building services company based out of New Haven, CT, is moving into 2,383 s/f, also on the first floor.

NAI Hunneman executive vice president Cathy Minnerly, vice president Ovar Osvold and associate Sean Hannigan represented the landlord R & R Realty in both transactions, along with procuring tenant Performance Environmental Services. Connect Pay was represented by Patrick Joyce of CBRE.

Located off Rte. 1 and three miles from I-95, 10 Lincoln Rd. is a 48,095 s/f class A office building south of Gillette Stadium and Patriots Place, which features 1.3 million s/f of shopping, dining, and hotels.
