Minnerly, Osvold and Hannigan of NAI Hunneman lease 32,995 s/f

Sharon, MA NAI Hunneman completed a 32,995 s/f lease with Reiser at 1245 Providence Hwy., bringing the building to 100% occupancy. The transaction will serve as an additional location for the leading supplier of food processing and packaging equipment currently headquartered at 725 Dedham St. in Canton.

 

 

 

The NAI Hunneman South team of Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold, and Sean Hannigan represented the landlord, J.D. Murphy Real Estate, while Reiser was represented by Taryn Wilson of Newmark Knight Frank.
