Minnerly, Plunkett and Bryer of C&W broker $2.95m sale for GPK
On behalf of Herb Chambers, Cushman & Wakefield sold a 78,389 s/f commercial building at 75 Lundquist Dr. for $2.95 million. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Cathy Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett and associate Jason Bryer represented Chambers. The seller is GPK, LLC.
75 Lundquist Dr. is on 6-acres of land and has 14 foot clear height, two tailboard loading docks and 5,000 s/f of office space.
Austin Smith of Newmark Knight Frank represented the seller, GPK.
