Minnerly, Plunkett and Bryer of C&W complete leases - 28,274 s/f

On behalf of John Murphy Co., Cushman & Wakefield has completed of two leases totaling 28,274 s/f at Walpole Park South. The new leases bring the park to single digit vacancy. Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Catherine Minnerly and J.P. Plunkett and associate Jason Bryer represented the landlord, John Murphy Co. The tenants are Bridge Medical which will occupy 19,520 s/f at Building Six of the park and Music & Arts Center which will occupy 8,754 s/f at Building One of the park. Walpole Park South is a nine-building flex park next to Gillette Stadium, off Rte. 1. Bridge Medical is the industry leader in Portable Grab Bar technology and innovation. Music & Arts Center offers music lessons, music and art supplies plus dance lessons. With 62 stores throughout the East Coast and Colorado, Music & Arts Center soon became one of the largest retail music store chains serving a huge network of school band and orchestra programs. Steve Clancy of CB Richard Ellis represented Bridge Medical and Robert Nahigian of Auburndale Realty represented Music & Arts Center in the transaction.
