Mitchell and Rader of Rader Properties sell 21,000 s/f
office at 93 Longwater Drive for $4.4 million

Norwell, MA Rader Properties has brokered the sale of 93 Longwater Dr. The 21,000 s/f office building was sold to the town and will become the town’s new municipal offices.

93 Longwater Dr. is located in the established Assinippi Park located off Rte. 3 at Exit 14. Assinippi Park is a multi-building commercial business park and is the headquarters location of such firms as Clean Harbors, Zildjian Cymbols, Computer Merchant and South Shore Medical Center. The building features a two-story atrium lobby and flexible 11,000 s/f floor plates.

According to David Mitchell, “This building represents a terrific opportunity to acquire a first-class building at well below its replacement value.” The new owners intend to refurbish the common areas, upgrade the mechanical systems and building signage and build out the space for each of the town’s municipal offices. The building will then become the new town hall.

Mitchell and Jim Rader of Rader Properties represented the seller in this transaction.

93 Longwater Dr. was sold by 56 Realty for $4.4 million.
