Mitchell of MG Commercial Real Estate leases 2,500 s/f office space
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate recently completed a 2,500 s/f office lease at the West River Commerce Center. The tenant was Myomics, is a biotechnology company which focuses on the discovery and screening of compounds to treat neuromuscular disease and minimize muscle adverse effects.
Mitchell was the sole broker in the transaction.
