MJB R.E. brokers two shopping center leases totaling 38,850 s/f

Dan Johnson of MJB Real Estate Services Corporation has leased 35,000 s/f of retail space for a term of 10 years to Price Rite, an operating name of Wakefern Foods, at Cromwell Commons Shopping Center, owned by Lehigh Cromwell LLC. Johnson of MJB was the sole broker in the transaction. MJB is the exclusive broker and management company for Cromwell Commons Shopping Center with current availabilities that include 2,000 s/f to 10,000 s/f of retail space (subdividable) and a 4,000 s/f retail pad site. In another transaction, Johnson and Kim Wagner of MJB represented the tenant Arby's Restaurants in a 20 year 3,850 s/f ground lease on a pad site at Milford Crossing Shopping Center owed by Ceruzzi. Arby's joins national retailers Wal-Mart, Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Staples and Petco at the Rte. 1 location.
