Moore of Peter Scotti & Assoc. leases 2,800 s/f bank branch
James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, Inc., has completed the lease transaction of 3 Crescent View Ave., a 2,800 s/f free standing bank branch. The tenant, Columbus Credit Union, of Warren, plans to open the branch after renovations this fall. Moore represented the landlord, Jarn Realty, LLC, and worked directly with Columbus Credit Union on their expansion requirement
