Moore of Peter Scotti & Assoc. leases 5,000 s/f to Rhode Island Housing Corp.
Jim Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Assoc. brokered a 5,000 s/f office lease at 110-112 Union St., ground floor to Rhode Island Housing Corp. (RIH).
112 Union St. has recently undergone a complete renovation into 12 residential units above grade and 5,000 s/f grade level commercial space and is owned by Bronhard Properties.
The building is now 100% occupied.
