Moore of Peter Scotti & Associates leases 2,800 s/f bank branch

James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, Inc.has completed a lease transaction at 3 Crescent View Ave., a 2,800 s/f free standing bank branch. The tenant, Columbus Credit Union of Warren plans to open the branch after renovations this fall. Moore represented the landlord, Jarn Realty, LLC, and worked directly with Columbus Credit Union on its expansion requirement
