Morizio and Hunt of Colliers sell 199 Benson Road in Middlebury
Middlebury, CT 199 Benson Rd. was sold to a foreign buyer for an undisclosed amount.
This property includes a 313,000 s/f fully leased single tenant office/lab building and two parcels totaling118 acres.
Nick Morizio, SIOR, CRE and Ian Hunt, both of Colliers International, represented the buyer and seller.
