Morizio of Colliers Dow & Condon brokers leases
Winstanley Enterprises has signed long term leases with Stop & Shop and Crazy Bruce's Liquors for occupancy at the recently approved retail/office development Elmwood Square located at 176 Newington Rd. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers Dow and Condon represented both parties. Winstanley Enterprises will spend $12 million on the demolition/clean-up of the site and construction of approximately 73,000 s/f of retail space.
