Morizio of Colliers Dow & Condon leases 65,000 s/f at the Argo Center
Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers Dow & Condon brokered the lease of Phase I of the Argo Center located at 550 Wilbur Cross Pkwy. ABC Supply has signed a long term 65,000 s/f lease for its wholesale distribution operations.
Elizabeth Godbout, managing member of Ridgeview Berlin LLC, has expressed appreciation to the Town of Berlin for its guidance and support in the development of the Phase I. Leasing availability has commenced for the future multi-phase industrial/retail development which is well situated within proximity to the Rte. 9/I-91 corridor.
Phase 2 consists of three retail/industrial pad sites located directly on the Berlin Tpke. (Rte. 5/15) Phase 3 will include an 84,000 s/f retail building. Both phases are available on a ground lease, sale or build-to-suit basis.
Ridgeview Berlin LLC is currently in talks with parties who are interested in build-to-suit or ground lease.
