Morizio of Colliers International brokers $24.9 million sale
239 West Service Rd. was sold to Global Net Lease Partners of New York for $24.9 million. Nicholas Morizio, SIOR, CRE of Colliers International in Hartford represented the seller, WE West Service Road, LLC, and Tim Fagan and Elli Krapper of CBRE represented Global Net Lease Partners.
