Morris and Foote of O,R&L sell 65 Kreiger Lane for $980,000
The O,R&L Commercial team of Jay Morris and Stephen Foote sold 65 Kreiger Ln. for $980,000. 65 Kreiger is a 9,812 s/f industrial building on 0.92 acres. Morris and Foote represented the seller, R.A.D.D. Co., LLC. The buyer, EGI Properties, LLC was represented by Century 21.
The Ergonomic Group, a New York-based IT company, will house its Connecticut operations in the flex building. Headquartered in Manhattan, Ergonomic Group has regional offices in Bedford, Mass., Princeton, N.J. and Westbury, N.Y.
