Morris and Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial broker $2 million sale

Jay Morris and Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently brokered the sale of a 90,000 s/f office building located at 1290 Silas Deane Highway. O,R&L Commercial represented both the seller, 1290 Realty, LLC, as well as the buyer, JMM Properties, LLC. The building sold for $2 million. The building was purchased 100% vacant and will be completely renovated by the new owner. The renovations will include a new roof, HVAC system, windows, common areas, elevators and landscaping to bring it back up to class A standards. O,R&L Commercial is exclusively representing the building for lease and suites are available from 1,500 s/f up to full floors of 21,862 s/f. Morris and Gaucher also brokered the lease of 6,350 s/f of flex space at 716 Brook St., WinBrook Business Park in Rocky Hill. Morris and Gaucher represented both the building owner, WE 716 Brook Street LLC c/o Winstanley Enterprises, and the tenant, DocuSource Business Solutions LLC. DocuSource, is relocating from their 27,365 s/f building location at 299 Industrial Park Rd in Middletown, which is now currently for sale or lease by O,R&L Commercial. O,R&L is a full service real estate firm that specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, commercial construction, and facility management and maintenance.
