Morris and Gaucher of O,R&L complete $3.8 million sale
The O,R&L Commercial team of Jay Morris and Robert Gaucher, CCIM, SIOR sold 2080 Silas Deane Hwy. for $3.8 million. 2080 Silas Deane Hwy. is a 43,465 s/f office building on 2.65 acres. The building was 100% leased at the time of the sale making this a great investment for the buyer Twenty Eighty Professional Center LLC.
Morris and Gaucher represented both the seller, 2080 Realty, LLC and the buyer, Twenty Eighty Professional Center LLC.
