Jay Morris and Carol Karney of O,R&L Commercial completed the sale of "The Corner Store" at 496-500 Silas Deane Hwy. This 5,243 s/f retail/office building sold for $525,000 as an investment purchase for the buyer.
O,R&L represented the seller, Allen Stewart Properties LLC. The buyer, Panagia Plaza LLC, was represented by RE/Max Precision Realty.
