Markham + DeRentis facilitate purchase at 398-402 Hope Street

Markham + DeRentis Associates facilitated the purchase of the mixed-use building at 398-402 Hope St., which will now serve as the new home of City Kitty, Rhode Island's only veterinary clinic devoted solely to cats. Previously a flower shop and greenhouse, City Kitty owner, Dr. Cathy Lund has long had an appreciation for the building's open, light-filled spaces and believes it is the perfect site for her business. "Most of our clients live in Providence so this is a more central location with greater access," said Lund. "The building also gives us the opportunity to increase our clinic space, which will allow us to accommodate our clients better."
