Markham + DeRentis facilitate purchase at 398-402 Hope Street
Markham + DeRentis Associates facilitated the purchase of the mixed-use building at 398-402 Hope St., which will now serve as the new home of City Kitty, Rhode Island's only veterinary clinic devoted solely to cats.
Previously a flower shop and greenhouse, City Kitty owner, Dr. Cathy Lund has long had an appreciation for the building's open, light-filled spaces and believes it is the perfect site for her business. "Most of our clients live in Providence so this is a more central location with greater access," said Lund. "The building also gives us the opportunity to increase our clinic space, which will allow us to accommodate our clients better."
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
