Morris of O,R&L completes two leases totaling 10,000 s/f
Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial, LLC recently completed leases totaling over 10,000 s/f to two tenants at 676 Hebron Ave., a newly constructed medical office building.
Morris represented both tenants. Immediate Medical Care Center, Inc., d/b/a Hartford Medical Group, will offer primary and urgent care services in a 6,136 s/f suite; and Gaylord Hospital, Inc. will occupy a 4,000 s/f suite with a sleep study clinic. The landlord is Silvester Space Services LP.
