Morrow Realty sells retail/office building at 50 Market Square for $525,000
A retail/office building, 50 Market Square, in the heart of downtown sold July 3rd for $525,000. The property is occupied with five tenants and one retail/office vacancy totaling 6,554 s/f on 0.26 acres. The largest tenant is Up Scale Music leasing 2,058 s/f. Other tenants include: French's Travel, Mortensen Insurance, Dr. Milewski, and Lyra's Hair Design.
Morrow Realty was the sole brokerage firm in this sale bringing the seller and local buyer together. The seller was Jane Amoruso, and the buyer was BAJ Properties, LLC. Funding was provided by TD Bank.
