Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. and Neil Denenberg of Denenberg Realty Advisors leased 7,000 s/f of showroom garage space to Safelite Glass at 1199 Washington St. Safelite is a national company specializing in the installation of auto glass in all types of vehicles.
The space offers two, large drive-in doors, hi stud and plentiful parking. The space, at one time was utilized as a Ferrari garage.
After a full renovation by Safelite, it will offer service in the area for auto glass installation.
Denenberg, as exclusive tenant representative, represented Safelite and Moskowitz, as exclusive landlord broker, represented Development Specialists, the lessor in the long-term lease.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
