Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. brokers $2.14 million 33,931 s/f sale

Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. brokered the sale of 1381-87 Washington St. and 11-13 Lucas Court. The property consists of three buildings containing 12,372 s/f, three parcels with 21,559 s/f and a large parking lot. Tenants include Shogun Restaurant, Lee Institute of R.E., Minuteman Press. "The buyer, Mark Blotner, secured a sound investment property, well located along Washington St., and the seller, 1381-87 Washington St. Realty Trust, obtained a good price and return on his investment," said Moskowitz. He represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the $2.14 million transaction.
