Moskowitz of Heritage Corp., Kerrigan and Krusiak of Grubb & Ellis rep. Genuine Parts Co. in 8,000 s/f lease

Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp., and Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Dan Krusiak, vice president of Grubb & Ellis recently leased 8,000 s/f of warehouse distribution space located at 20 Goodenough St. The lessee is Genuine Parts Co., an Atlanta holding company for NAPA auto parts. The space is a high stud warehouse with two loading docks, sprinklered with accessory office space and parking. The lessee has occupied the building. Moskowitz represented the lessor, Future-Lite Realty Trust, Kerrigan and Krusiak represented the tenant.
