Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased 3,500 s/f of prime retail/office space to the R.L. Tennant Insurance Agency at 1203-05 Washington St.
The building will serve as the temporary home of the agency over the next year as the firm demolishes its property at 1149 Washington St., and construct a new corporate office.
Moskowitz said, "R.L. Tenant had a strong desire to relocate nearby as the company has been a presence on the street for over 50 years. The building is just two blocks west and the firm can continue to provide its quality service to its customers."
Heritage, as exclusive broker, represented the lessor, development specialists and assisted the lessee.
