Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. leases 700 s/f for Branson Assoociates
Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased 700 s/f of retail space at 811 Washington St. to Rena Sorrenti for a waxing studio.
Sorrenti relocated from Newbury St., Boston, after the building was sold. With many customers from the Newton area, and the ease of parking, the location will be more convenient for her clients.
Moskowitz represented the lessor, Bramson Associates, and assisted the tenant.
