Moskowitz of Heritage leased 1,905 s/f for Terrazzino with Papalia
Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. and Roy Papalia of Carpenter & Co. leased 1,905 s/f of retail space at 238 Highland Ave.
The space is located at the junction of Highland Ave. and Rte. 128 at exit 19A which offers access to customers from all directions. The site has parking and is the second location for Golf Tec in the area.
Golf Tec offers specialized instruction with computerized equipment to analyze every swing and offer corrective measures. It is staffed by golf pros and offers retail and equipment sales.
Moskowitz represented the lessor, Terrazzino Investment Trust and Papalia the tenant.
