Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty arranges two sales in North Kingstown, RI totaling $5.15 million

North Kingstown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed two top sales in Wickford Point. Currently the top firm by sales volume in North Kingstown, agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented seven clients in sales over $1 million in the municipality this year.

The waterfront home at 66 Lands End Dr. has sold for $2.75 million. Kathy Kourakis, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s represented the seller and Amy Doorley-Lucas, sales associate, also of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s represented the buyer.

“This home checked off more than several of the boxes for my clients and I think we all knew it was ‘the house’ from the minute we crossed the threshold! The waterfront location alone was a huge selling point, but the sellers made it next level with their tasteful renovations and designer finishes,” said Doorley-Lucas.

The home at 29 Lands End Dr. has sold for $2.4 million. Kourakis represented the seller. Jeanne Elson-Gordon of Jeanne E Real Estate represented the buyer.

Kourakis said, “This home is the perfect place to enjoy the coastal lifestyle of old Nantucket in the award-winning and charming neighborhood!”

Having five- bedrooms, three and two-half bathrooms, and 5,100 s/f, the waterfront home offers water views from almost every room and direct access to the water from the rear yard.
