Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokers sale of 59 Ninigret Ave. in Charlestown R.I. for $3.945 million

Charlestown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 59 Ninigret Ave., for $3.945 million. The buyers were represented by Desa Buffum, broker associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Lori Joyal of Lila Delman Compass represented the sellers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in the town for 2024. Additionally, agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty have represented six clients in the top eight sales in the municipality year-to-date.

This well-tended, turn-key home features an open floor plan with four levels, including a water view rooftop deck, and is located within walking distance to beautiful Central Beach, as well as association ball fields and tennis courts.
