Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completes $4.5 million sale in Portsmouth, RI

Portsmouth, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 230 Briarwood Ln., for $4.5 million. The sellers were represented by Joseph Costa and Kylie McCollough, both sales associates of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. Benjamin Willett of Serhant Rhode Island represented the buyers.

According to data from the MLS, this is the highest sale in town since the sale of 483 Vanderbilt Ln. in December of 2024 in which McCollough also represented clients.
