Greene of Compass Providence sells 349 Wayland Ave. for $3.75 million

Providence, RI Compass negotiated the sale of 349 Wayland Ave. for $3.75 million. Kira Greene, founding agent of Compass Providence, represented the seller in this transaction. According to RI Statewide MLS, this is the highest sale ever recorded on Wayland Ave. on the East Side of the city, and the fifth highest sale in the city, YTD.

“Hanley House” is situated in Wayland Sq. The four floor home contains five bedrooms, five full and one half bathrooms over 6,138 total s/f. The property has cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, a fireplace, cedar sauna, wine cellar and full outdoor kitchen with pergola.
