Mott & Chace lists eight unit Warren Row condo development

Providence, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty introduced “Warren Row,” a newly built condo development. The property is listed by Carl Henschel, Sara Chaffee, and Priya Himatsingka, all sales associates with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.

A new collection of townhouse-style condominiums is coming to the city’s West End neighborhood with the launch of 59 Warren S.t, an eight-residence new-construction development that blends modern living with a deep respect for neighborhood character and architectural design.

Located in one of the city’s neighborhoods, the location offers buyers the opportunity to own a turnkey urban home with the scale and feel of a single-family residence, while remaining closely connected to the energy of the West End and Armory District.

Each residence offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom, and 1,585 s/f of living space. The homes feature individual solar systems, modern finishes, efficient layouts, dedicated parking, private outdoor space, and two ChargePoint EV charging stations.

What distinguishes the project is not only its design and functionality, but the collaborative vision behind it. The developer Knight & Swan LLC and FREECELL Architecture both share ties to Rhode Island School of Design, bringing a shared design sensibility and appreciation for the city’s architectural and creative culture to the development.

The team approached the new development with an emphasis on contextual design and long-term neighborhood stewardship, creating contemporary homes that complement the scale and spirit of the surrounding West End community. Last year, their adaptive reuse and restoration project at 49 Westfield St. in Providence received recognition from Preserve Rhode Island for its contribution to preservation and redevelopment efforts within the city.

“Our goal was to create homes that feel modern and efficient while remaining connected to the character of the neighborhood,” said the design team. “We care deeply about thoughtful development and about contributing positively to the communities where we build.”

Residents will enjoy convenient walking access to Downtown Providence and some of the city’s most beloved neighborhood destinations, including the Cranston Street Armory and Dexter Training Grounds Park, as well as independent cafés, restaurants, cocktail bars, creative small businesses that have helped make the West End one of Providence’s most exciting and evolving communities.

This may seem self-serving, and I’ll be the first to admit it. But unlike some of the artificial intelligence tools now reshaping our industry, I am fully aware of my own bias. So, hear me out. The rise of AI in commercial real estate is not a distant threat or a speculative headline.
