Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokers $2.2 million sale

Warwick, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 444 Narragansett Bay Ave. for $2.2 million. The sellers were represented by Donna Conway and Amy Doorley-Lucas, both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, and they also facilitated the transaction for the buyers.

Sited on over two waterfront acres, this property’s natural setting is second to none. With an in-ground swimming pool and park-like grounds, the multifamily zoning is unique in this area. The main house features an attached two-story guest house with a private entry, and the standalone carriage house boasts a four-bay garage with unlimited potential above.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is highest priced sale in Warwick this year.

“This location is second to none,” said Conway. “The bay views are expansive and breathtaking.”

“This is the perfect place to enjoy Tuesday regattas, fireworks, and magnificent sunsets. Just three doors down, Warwick Country Club offers a premiere 18-hole Donald Ross golf course with tennis, swimming, sailing, and dining,” said Doorley-Lucas.

This is the second time Conway and Doorley-Lucas have worked together to sell this property. In April of 2022, Doorley-Lucas represented the sellers, and Conway represented the buyers.
