Charlestown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has completed the sale of 27 West Willow Ln. for $1.98 million. According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the second highest sale in town for 2026.

This custom-built residence in the town’s Foster’s Cove neighborhood was designed to capture water views and coastal living. The home features light-filled interiors, an open-concept layout, a chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances, and a spacious primary suite with a private balcony and spa-like bath. It also offers landscaped grounds, multiple outdoor living spaces, and access to the Foster’s Cove community dock on Ninigret Pond, while being located close to the town’s beaches and marinas.

“Salt air, custom details and a lifetime of memories. Leaving a legacy on the Charlestown coast. Thrilled to secure exceptional results for my sellers on their stunning coastal masterpiece,” said Rampone-Arpin. “It was an honor to bring this emotional journey to a successful closing and ensuring their cherished memories are honored as they move on to the next chapter in their lives.”

“It was a pleasure representing the buyers on this purchase,” adds Jennifer Crellin. “Coastal Rhode Island continues to draw discerning buyers who value privacy, proximity to the water, and the charm of these historic seaside communities. This home offered the perfect blend of all three.”
