O,R&L Commercial arranges $250,000 sale on behalf of the seller, Enfield Omega, LLC

Enfield, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the sale of a commercial property located at 132 Weymouth Rd. The property sold for $250,000 on March 19.

The buyer, Serge Lessard of Leading Edge Construction, LLC, acquired the property as the company’s new home base. Leading Edge Construction plans to utilize the space as its primary location to support continued business growth and operations.

The property, formerly occupied by Porter and Chester, has remained vacant since 2018 following the tenant’s departure. Initially listed for $799,000, the building experienced significant interest from industrial users; however, zoning limitations, along with market challenges including COVID-19 and instances of vandalism, delayed a successful transaction until now.

Vicki Clark of CT Commercial Realty & Select Homes represented the buyer, while Thom Wilks of O,R&L Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Enfield Omega, LLC, in the transaction.

“This sale represents a positive outcome for a long-vacant property and brings new life and business activity back to the site,” said Wilks.
