Moulder of Peabody Companies obtains SHCM certification

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, Julie Moulder has passed the Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) exam to receive her official designation from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

The SHCM accreditation certifies that Moulder has attained the knowledge, experience and competence required to excel in the housing credit property management industry.

 Moulder, who joined The Peabody Companies in May of 2015, is the property manager at Linwood Mill Apartments in Whitsinville, Mass. 

The SHCM certification was established by NAHMA for management professionals.

 involved with properties developed and operated under the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. “It’s a pleasure to announce Julie’s industry achievement,” said Erin Simas, learning and development manager with The Peabody Companies. “The entire Peabody community extends its congratulations.”
