Chestnut Hill Realty appoints Cerce as director of residential leasing

Chestnut Hill, MA Chestnut Hill Realty has appointed Maggie Cerce to the position of director of residential leasing. In her new position, Cerce will maximize property occupancy by collaborating with corporate and on-site teams to identify performance opportunities and implement targeted marketing strategies throughout the company’s 5,000-unit portfolio in the Greater Boston and Providence, area. Cerce has 20 years of multifamily real estate experience which includes leadership roles with national REITs as well as senior level leasing and management positions at Trinity Management and Claremont Companies in eastern Massachusetts. She holds a degree in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech.
