Plymouth, MA Ellis Realty Advisors (ERA) has completed the sale of 203 & 205 Taylor Ave., also known as The Sandpiper Inn. The fully leased 16-unit inn sold for $2.375 million to JTMF LLC. Colin Moynihan, senior partner at ERA, represented the seller and procured the buyer. 

The Sandpiper Inn is located 20 minutes from the Cape and 40 minutes to downtown Boston, making it easy to access for weekend getaways. Regarding the sale Moynihan said, “This was a very competitive process with multiple offers, given that the asset is very well-located, directly overlooks the beach, and was fully-leased.”
